Who we are

Imperium Helse offers holistic, functional health care online and in person, with a wellbeing retreat on Rhodes, Greece. For anything relating to your privacy, contact us at post@imperiumhelse.com.

What we collect

Only what you choose to send us:

• Your name, country, phone number and email address
• The message you write, including any dates or treatments you enquire about
• A booking or enquiry reference generated for your request
• Any health details you choose to include in your message

This website sets no cookies and uses no tracking, analytics or advertising technologies.

How your information is used

Your details are used solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange your consultation or stay, and follow up on your booking. When you submit the contact form, your message is stored by our hosting provider, Netlify, and forwarded to us by email. We never sell or share your information with third parties for marketing.

Health information

Please share only what you feel is necessary in a first enquiry — a short note is enough for us to get back to you, and anything more detailed is better discussed once we are in touch directly. Health details count as a special category of personal data under the GDPR, and we handle them on the basis of your explicit consent, given when you choose to send them. They are treated as confidential and held with the same discretion as everything else you entrust to us. Our care complements — and never replaces — the care of your own doctor.

Third-party services

Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, which hosts this website; its servers are located outside the EU/EEA, and transfers are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. Our email is held with Proton, in Switzerland. To display this page, your browser also fetches fonts from Google Fonts, and certain photographs are served by Unsplash — in doing so, your IP address is disclosed to those services under their own privacy policies. No personal data you submit to us is shared with them.

Retention

Correspondence is kept only for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, your booking and any legal obligations — and is then deleted, both from our inbox and from the form records held by Netlify. You may ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may at any time:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct anything that is inaccurate
• Ask us to delete your data
• Object to, or ask us to restrict, our processing of it
• Lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority
